• Software Engineer
The Software Engineer
will initially report to the CEO. This position
requires vast hands-on experience in implementing
working systems, with strong problem-solving
and troubleshooting skills. We are looking for
an individual who already has an extremely rich
set of competencies and is willing and able
to shift focus to become an expert in any area.
This is the go-to player who solves difficult
technical problems that crop up in every software
project.
Accountabilities
The production of high-quality design and implementation
documentation - as a primary deliverable, rather
than an afterthought - is an absolute prerequisite
for success in this position. Ability and propensity
not only to produce designs, but to also validate,
prove and implement them hands-on (especially
in prototype and v1 releases) is required.
Requirements
The position requires experience in OO design,
with at least 10 years of experience with C++
on the Windows platform, Microsoft Visual Studio
(VC++/VB/COM/MFC, ODBC). The ideal candidate
will have experience designing APIs and delivering
SDK products and will have Windows OS low-level
experience (DDk and VxD related) as well as
deep Win32 SDK knowledge.
A Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
or a foreign equivalent is required.
